This website
We do not ask you to create an account on this website. Our website host may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Information from your purchase
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. When you buy, Dodo Payments collects the details needed to complete the order, such as your name, email address, country and payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive order details such as your email address and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and give support.
Information you enter in the product
PipsJournal saves your trade entries in your own web browser on your own device. We cannot see, collect or access these entries. Clearing your browser data may delete them, so please use the CSV export to keep a backup.
How we use information
We use purchase information only to deliver the product, answer support requests, handle refunds and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to devloper0803@gmail.com.
Children
Our product is not meant for children under 18.
