By buying or using PipsJournal, you agree to these terms.
The product
PipsJournal is a digital trading journal delivered as a file that you open in a web browser. It lets you record and review your own trades.
Licence
After you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own use. You may not resell, share, copy for others, or publish the product or its code.
Price and payment
The price is shown on our Pricing page. It is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Taxes may be added at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
No financial advice
The product is a record-keeping tool only. It does not give investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Trading can lose money. All trading decisions are yours.
Your data
Your entries are stored in your own browser. You are responsible for keeping backups, for example with the CSV export. We are not responsible for data lost because browser data was cleared or a device was lost.
No warranty
The product is provided "as is". We try to make it accurate and reliable but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes
We may update these terms or the product. The date at the top shows the latest version.
