We want you to be happy with PipsJournal. If it is not right for you, you can ask for your money back.
5-day refund
You can request a full refund within 5 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a long explanation.
How to ask
Email devloper0803@gmail.com from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. We reply within 2 business days.
How you get your money back
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends.
After 5 days
We usually cannot refund purchases older than 5 days. If something is wrong with the product, or you were charged twice, please write to us and we will help.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
